1   目的

 對公司內的職能及其相互關系予以規定和溝通,以促進有效的管理。

2   范圍

適用于公司內對質量管理體系有關的各職能部門和有關人員的職責、權限的規定。

3   職責和權限

3.1    總經理

1)全面領導我公司的日常工作,向全公司傳達滿足顧客和法律、法規的重要性;

2)制定質量方針和質量目標;

     3)確保對質量管理體系進行策劃,以滿足質量目標以及質量管理體系的總要求

4)主持管理評審;

5)提供確保質量管理體系運行所必須的資源;

6)規定各部門的職能、各崗位的職責和權限,任命管理者代表;

7)負責對外合同的審定;

8)負責重大客戶的溝通、項目審批。

3.2  管理者代表

 1)代表總經理行使質量管理職能,向總經理負責。

 2)確保質量管理體系所需的過程得到建立、實施和保持。

 3)向總經理報告質量管理體系的業績和任何改進的需求。

 4)主持公司內質量管理體系審核, 處理協調公司內質量管理體系審核中發生的質量問題,監督有關部門采取糾正和預防措施。

 5)代表我公司與外部認證機構聯絡,向客戶提供質量保證。

 6)向總經理匯報質量管理體系運行情況,協助總經理組織實施管理評審工作。

7)確保在整個組織內提高滿足顧客要求的意識。

3.3  業務部

1)進行市場開發,明確產品要求并評審,負責與顧客及供方進行溝通聯系;

2)負責評價、選擇供方,將顧客要求傳達給供方,做好相關銷售服務;

3)負責對采購和出庫貨物進行驗收,必要時協助顧客現場驗收和服務;

4)負責對顧客財產進行管理;

5)負責對不合格品的處置,必要時報總經理批準;

6)負責對顧客滿意度進行調查和分析及相關服務、抱怨投訴處理;

7)負責監視和測量設備的管理。

3.4  辦公室

1)負責公司文件的管理、公文送批、外來文件的登記、送批、分發和處理;

2)負責檔案管理;

3)負責外來人員接待工作;

4)負責安排每周的工作例會,并做好會議記錄;

5)負責培訓計劃的編制、培訓實施的監督考核;
